Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of OnArriveBien on the web and its mobile applications.

OnArriveBien is a connection service for families at the same school, designed to make school carpooling easier.

2. Platform role

OnArriveBien connects families and provides organisation tools. It does not organise or operate journeys, verify driving licences, vehicles or insurance, and does not process payments.

Meeting points, times, confirmation and driving remain the sole responsibility of the guardians involved.

3. Access

Access is restricted to adult parents or authorised guardians of pupils at a member school. Accounts are created or authorised by the school; there is no public registration.

Credentials are personal and must not be shared outside the household.

4. Conduct

Illegal, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing or commercial content is prohibited, as are impersonation, collecting contact details for unrelated purposes, contacting a child directly, or seeking financial profit.

Users can report content and block another parent. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent suspension.

5. Cost sharing

Carpooling must remain a non-profit sharing of actual journey costs. OnArriveBien does not take part in any financial exchange.

6. Liability

OnArriveBien takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and secure but is not responsible for journeys, user conduct, user-provided information, maintenance interruptions or force majeure.

Each guardian remains solely responsible for deciding whether to entrust a child to another family.

7. Insurance and consent

Drivers must hold a valid licence and suitable motor insurance for carrying passengers free of charge.

Families are encouraged to document parental consent before the first journey.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. A household's exact address is never shown to other families. Moderation access to conversations is limited to safety needs and logged.

9. Suspension and deletion

Users may request account deletion through support, at contact@onarrivebien.fr. OnArriveBien may suspend access following a breach, withdrawal of school approval or a risk to the community.

10. Changes and law

Material changes will be brought to users' attention. These terms are governed by French law.
